Find the leak first. Hack the wall last.

Most contractors quote you a demolition. We quote you a diagnosis — acoustic listening gear and thermal imaging narrow the leak to a hand-span before any tile comes up.

Warning signs

How hidden leaks announce themselves

  • A water bill that climbed with no change in habits
  • Brown rings or bubbling paint on ceilings below bathrooms
  • Musty smell in one corner of a room, worse after rain-free weeks
  • The meter spinning while every tap in the house is shut
  • Warm patches on floors along the hot-water run
  • Hissing inside a wall at night when the house is quiet

Two or more of these? The leak is already costing you money — write to us today.

What the visit covers

Diagnosis, repair and proof it worked

1 · Pressure test

We isolate sections of your supply line and pressure-test each one, so the search area shrinks from "the whole house" to one run of pipe.

2 · Acoustic & thermal trace

Listening discs and a thermal camera pinpoint the escape point through concrete or plaster — typically within 20–30 cm.

3 · Open only what's needed

One neat access opening instead of a trench. We photograph everything before and after so you see exactly what was done.

4 · Repair or re-route

Failed joints are cut out and replaced. Pipes that have corroded through get re-routed in PEX or PPR rather than patched to fail again.

5 · Re-test under pressure

The line is pressurised and held before we close anything — the repair proves itself while the wall is still open.

6 · Make-good advice

We reinstate simple openings ourselves and brief your tiler or painter on the rest, with photos of the pipe route for future reference.

Money talk

What this usually costs

Every house is different, but honest ranges beat vague promises. Leak tracing with report: from RM180. Simple joint repair once found: RM150–RM350. Re-routing a corroded run: quoted per metre after the trace, in writing, before work starts. If we cannot locate your leak, the trace fee is waived — that has happened twice in four years.
