Rod through, not poke through
A spinning cutter head scrapes the pipe wall clean along its full length. Punching a hole through the middle of a grease plug — the shortcut clear — blocks again in weeks.
Jet when grease is the enemy
Kitchen lines get high-pressure water jetting that flushes emulsified fat out to the main, restoring the pipe to nearly original bore.
Camera when it keeps returning
A drain that blocks every few months has a structural cause. The camera finds the sag, root or collapsed section, and you see the footage yourself.
Straight prices for a messy job
Single fixture clear (one toilet, sink or floor trap): RM120–RM220. Main line rodding: RM280–RM450 depending on access and length. Hydro-jetting and CCTV surveys are quoted after a quick look, always in writing. If we cannot clear a line we quoted to clear, the visit costs you nothing.
