Your house is asking for this job if…
- The main breaker or ELCB trips more than once a month
- Switch plates or plug points feel warm to the touch
- Lights dim when the aircond compressor kicks in
- You still have ceramic fuses or a wooden switchboard
- Burning smell you can never quite locate
- The house predates 1990 and has never been rewired
Rewired without moving out
Survey & load plan
We map every circuit, measure real loads and design the new layout around how your family actually uses the house — including what you plan to buy next.
Phase by phase
Work proceeds room by room with power restored every evening. Most double-storey terraces take three to five working days.
Test, label, certify
Insulation resistance and earth loop tests on every circuit, a labelled DB board, and the certification paperwork TNB and insurers expect.
What rewiring really costs in KL
Fault-finding on a tripping circuit: RM150–RM280, credited against any repair that follows. DB board upgrade with new breakers and ELCB: RM850–RM1,600 depending on circuit count. Full rewiring of a standard double-storey terrace: typically RM6,500–RM11,000 including points and making good chases. Firm written quotation after the survey — never a per-day rate that mysteriously stretches.
Tripping breakers are a symptom, not a quirk
Tell us what trips and when — the pattern usually names the culprit before we even arrive.
