Comfort upgrades, wired like they'll outlive the house

The difference between a fan that hums for a decade and one that wobbles by Raya is the mounting and the wiring you never see. We do the invisible part properly.

Install list

What we mount, wire and brighten

  • Ceiling fans — new points, replacements, remote conversions
  • Downlight and LED panel retrofits with driver replacement
  • Feature, cove and pendant lighting for living areas
  • Porch, garden and security floodlights with sensors
  • Extra 13A points for kitchens, home offices and workshops
  • Dedicated high-load circuits — aircond, oven, EV charger
  • USB combo sockets and neat trunking where chasing isn't possible

Details that matter

Why our installs feel different

Into structure, not plaster

Fan hooks anchor into the concrete soffit or a proper brace — never just the ceiling board. That's the wobble, solved before it starts.

Loads calculated first

New sockets join circuits with headroom to spare. Where there is none, we run a new circuit instead of overloading the old one.

Light planned, not scattered

We sketch beam angles and colour temperature before drilling, so the hall ends up bright where you read and soft where you rest.

Tested under load

Every new point is load-tested and every light burn-tested before we pack up — plus polarity and earth checks on the whole run.

Money talk

Small jobs, small clear prices

Ceiling fan install on an existing point: RM90–RM150. New fan point with wiring: from RM220. Downlight replacement: RM35–RM60 each, cheaper in batches. New 13A power point: RM120–RM200 depending on distance and finish. Dedicated aircond or EV circuits quoted after a quick site look. Bundle three or more small jobs and the call-out fee disappears.
