For addresses inside Cheras, Bandar Tun Razak and Taman Connaught we usually arrive within 45 to 60 minutes. Elsewhere in KL and nearby Selangor, plan for 60 to 90 minutes depending on traffic. Emergencies always jump the queue.
Do you charge for coming out to look?
Within our core coverage the inspection is free whenever you proceed with the repair. If you decide not to go ahead, a small RM40 call-out fee applies to cover the trip.
Are your technicians actually licensed?
Yes. Electrical work is carried out by Suruhanjaya Tenaga certified wiremen, and our plumbers are registered with the relevant Malaysian trade bodies. Certificates are shown on request before work starts.
Do you give a fixed price before starting?
Always. After diagnosing the fault we quote a single written price covering labour and parts. The number you approve is the number on the invoice, even if the job runs longer than expected.
Is there a warranty on the work?
Workmanship is covered for 90 days, and installed parts carry their manufacturer warranty, typically one to three years. If something we fixed fails within the window, we return and put it right at no cost.
Can you handle both the plumbing and the wiring in one visit?
That is exactly why customers keep our number. Most of our senior technicians hold both trades, so a water heater swap that needs a new power point is one visit and one invoice, not two contractors.
